Growing up, we often heard sayings like "a sleeping shrimp is carried away by the current" or "never take a step back, not even to gain momentum." These words have deeply influenced how I approach life and my career, instilling in me the principles of perseverance and determination.
The year 2022 marked a pivotal moment in my story of turning heartbreak into success. After eleven years with a real estate company, unexpected circumstances led me to take a leap of faith and start my own business. As I embarked on this new venture, I faced one of the most challenging moments of my life: the loss of my father. His passing left an immense void—he was my mentor, guide, and greatest support. Despite the pain, I chose to honor his legacy by moving forward with my plans.
During those uncertain times, the lessons my parents instilled in me as expatriates became more meaningful than ever. I learned the value of persistence and knew that, despite the obstacles, I could achieve any goal I set for myself.
Two years later, I look back with pride and satisfaction. Not only have I successfully founded my company after 30 years in the industry, but I’ve also built a community of trust, where clients are treated with the respect and transparency that I have always valued.
At INCANTO Real Estate, we’re more than a boutique agency—we’re creators of meaningful experiences. We don’t just sell properties; we provide support and guidance, empowering sellers, buyers, and tenants to make informed and confident decisions. We treat each person with the same respect and honesty we’d want for ourselves.
This journey hasn’t been easy, but it has been incredibly rewarding. As we continue to grow and learn, I’m excited about all that lies ahead.
To everyone who has been part of this journey, thank you. To my husband—my rock and constant source of motivation—thank you for always encouraging me to keep going. To my family, friends, and clients who have placed their trust in our work, I can’t thank you enough.
This anniversary is not just a celebration of what we’ve accomplished but a reminder that even the most challenging dreams can become reality when pursued with determination and courage. From Heartbreak to Success: Building a Real Estate Legacy Through Perseverance
